(a) CT-thorax 2018 (pretreatment): bilateral patchy consolidations with distortion and dilatation of the bronchioles and parenchymal distortion with peripheral subpleural and peribronchovascular distribution, which are compatible with an organizing pneumonia. (b) CT-thorax 2019 (posttreatment): bilateral atelectasis with traction bronchiectasis, which are compatible with residual abnormalities after an organizing pneumonia.
