Cognitive/behavioural; changes	Confusion, agitation, drowsiness, or coma.
Autonomic; instability	Hyperthermia, hypertension, tachycardia, mydriasis, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, and diaphoresis.
Neuromuscular; changes	Myoclonus, hyperreflexia, muscle rigidity, restlessness, tremor, positive Babinski, trismus, paraesthesia, and seizures.
