Iatrogenic Teratoma Rupture during TVOR Complicated with Peritonitis, Pleuritis, and Septic Shock

<div><b>Operation findings. </b>(a) Spilled sebaceous content of the ruptured teratoma was seen in peritoneal cavity. (b) A ruptured left teratoma with spread content was noted, which has formed an adhesional complex with the bilateral adnexa. Besides, there was severe adhesion and purulent fluid with the content clotting over the organs in the pelvis.</div>
