The neoplastic cells were arranged in sheets with tumor necrosis at the center (a). Some areas showed large tubular and dyscohesive patterns (b). Neoplastic cells expressed strong nuclear calretinin staining with heterogeneous cytoplasmic staining (c). Immunohistochemistry stain for CD15 was negative (d).
