Complex Scapular Winging following Total Shoulder Arthroplasty in a Patient with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome

Anterior-posterior radiograph of the patient’s right shoulder taken seven months after the index TSA. The distance between the acromion and humeral head is not narrowed in this image. This contrasts with the later radiograph shown in Figure 3 where this distance is significantly narrowed (which suggests weakness of the superior rotator cuff).
