The mass was composed of tumor cells with eosinophilic cytoplasm and had a microcystic, tubular, papillary cystic structure with eosinophilic secretory material (b, c). Few areas with hemosiderin deposition were also recognized (c). The secretory component stained positive for d-PAS (d).
