These cells exhibit classical nuclear features of papillary thyroid carcinoma including nuclear grooves and intranuclear pseudoinclusions ((d) circled). Immunohistochemistry for AE1/AE3 (e) and PAX8 (f) are positive within the glands, confirmatory for metastatic PTC.
