There is a heterogeneously enhancing mass in the posterior thigh involving the adductor compartment (arrow in (a)). There are also several enlarged external iliac lymph nodes: some with cystic and necrotic changes (arrow in (b)). Note the enlargement of the left lower extremity and significant soft-tissue edema and fat stranding.
