A Case of Sporadic Blau Syndrome with an Uncommon Clinical Course

Clinical course of the patient. The patient’s fever and joint swelling resolved with prednisolone, methotrexate, and ibuprofen therapy. Twelve months after cessation of methotrexate, she presented with panuveitis. She was then diagnosed with SBS. Infliximab was effective for her ocular lesion, and the dosage of prednisolone was successfully reduced.
