(a) Axial and (b) coronal plan contrast-enhanced CT scans demonstrate a well-circumscribed, intraluminal hypodense mm mass with fat attenuation (−105 HU) in the terminal ileum (arrow). Any obvious sign of obstruction is not present on this CT.
