A mass, originating from the perianal region, is expanding along the endopelvic fascia to dorsolateral with ingrowth in the left m. obturatoria and m. piriformis and ventral in the m. gluteus (Capitol A). No bladder ingrowth visible (Capitol B). The mass does have a direct relation with the wall of the lower rectum (Capitol C).
