Subpubic Cartilaginous Pseudocyst: Orthopedic Feature with Urological Consequences

Case 1. A 61-year-old postmenopausal lady presented with voiding dysfunction. Examination revealed painless smooth, rounded, firm, and cystic mass, at the anterior vaginal wall of about 4 cm width related to the pubic symphysis.
