Hypertension
High-grade stenosis with poor collateral flow
Decreased CVR
Increased peak flow velocity
Contralateral carotid occlusion or high-grade stenosis
Recent contralateral CAS or CEA within 3 months
Periprocedural ischemia
Presence of cerebral microangiopathy
