Treatment with Aortic Stent Graft Placement for Stanford B-Type Aortic Dissection in a Patient with an Aberrant Right Subclavian Artery

The origin of the right subclavian artery was confirmed, and ULP was observed on contrast-enhanced CT. (b) Angiographic contrast-enhanced CT findings after placement of the stent grafts. The stent grafts were inserted so that the tips did not come into contact with the curve of the arch. The disappearance of the ULP was confirmed by contrast-enhanced CT.
