Kaplan-Meier analysis on whole hemodialysis patients showed that those without left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) suffered cardiovascular death less than those with LVH. Log-rank test denoted that there was a significant difference in cardiovascular mortality between patients with LVH and those without.
