Dynamin-2 regulates OxLDL endocytosis. Epithelial HeLa cells expressing both LOX-1-FLAG and either (a) wild-type dynamin 2 (green) or (b) a dynamin-2 K44A mutant (green) were incubated and chased with labelled Dil-OxLDL (red). Cells were fixed and processed for fluorescence microscopy using previously described procedures [26]. The nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue). Bar, 5 g/m.
