Each curve shows a single point of unstable periodic orbits of the form 𝑂_ℒℛ^2𝑛+1, each colliding with the attractor in two band-merging crises. Only one point per orbit is shown, for the sake of clarity, but the other points of the orbits also fit the gaps. Note that all orbits shown in this image, are destroyed in border collisions at 𝑥=0. Their virtual parts are shown dashed. The location of this scenario in the (𝑏,𝜇)-plane is marked with 𝐵 in Figure 4(a).
