To make calculations of Fishers exact test possible, when one value is zero, 0.5 was added to the value. For chronic analyses, it was considered patients with followup higher than 24 months. No carriers of an AA homozygous genotype were found. No carriers of a TT homozygous genotype were found. No patient high grade for the genotypes analysed.
