Methylation of DLEC1 Promoter Is a Predictor for Recurrence in Chinese Patients with Gastric Cancer

Calculation of DLEC1 to ACTB ratio was based on the fluorescence emission intensity values for both genes obtained by quantitative methylation-specific PCR analysis.
