Correlation between restrictions haplotypes (HR) [B, A1, A2, A and Bantu] and sequence haplotype (HS) of following polymorphic region: IVSII -globin gene [G1 to ], IVSII -globin gene [A1 to ], and 5′β -globin gene [B1 to ] by PCA analysis (PC1+2 = 80,521%).
