The association between seminal glycoproteins’ relative reactivity with SNA and PHA-L and sperm number and their total motility. The figures show the association between glycoproteins’ lectin reactivities and sperm number (×1 mln./mL) and their total motility (%): (a) and (b) for SNA, respectively, and (c) and (d) for PHA-L, respectively. Glycoproteins’ lectin reactivities were estimated in direct lectin-ELISA and expressed in absorbance units (AU). The correlations were estimated according to the Spearman test and a two-tailed value of less than 0.05 was considered statistically significant. The dashed line shows 95% of confidence interval.
