JAK2/STAT3 Pathway Was Associated with the Protective Effects of IL-22 On Aortic Dissection with Acute Lung Injury

<div>IL-22 contributed to the expression and nuclear transfer of STAT3 in PMVECs. (a) Western blot analysis indicated IL-22 contributed to the expression and nuclear transfer of STAT3; however, such phenomenon was inhibited by AG490.
