<div>Analysis of IL-18 mRNA expressions in liver tissues with different IL-18 polymorphisms. IL-18 expression was determined by real-time PCR. IL-18 rs5744247 polymorphism was significantly associated with IL-18 mRNA expression (GG&gt;CG&gt;CC); IL-18 rs1946518 polymorphism was significantly associated with IL-18 mRNA expression (CC&gt;CA&gt;AA).</div>
