CT extract enhances the maturation of mouse DCs. Mouse bone marrow cells were collected as described in Section 2. After 6 days of differentiation with GM-CSF and IL-4, the cells were treated with various concentrations of CT extract in the absence of GM-CSF and IL-4 for an additional 48 h. The cells were then scraped and collected for surface molecule analysis (CD80, CD86, MHC-I and MHC-II) using flow cytometry.
