Secretion of cytokines from mouse splenocytes re-stimulated with CT extract-treated DC vaccine ex vivo. Spleens from sham (sham-spl) and tumor-bearing (JC-spl) BALB/c mice challenged with DC vaccine or CT-treated DC vaccine were taken and homogenized into single cell suspensions. The splenocytes were cocultured with DC vaccine or CT-treated DC at cell : cell ratios of 10 : 1, 20 : 1 and 40 : 1 for 48 h. The concentrations of secreted cytokines were determined by ELISA as described in Section 2.
