Effect of LIEAF on the intracellular GSH content in Ca Ski cells. Ca Ski cells were treated without (control) or with increasing concentration of LIEAF for 24 hours and processed for GSH determination as described in method. The GSH content was calculated as picomoles per 106 cells based on a GSH standard curve. The asterisk represented significantly different value from control (*). Data were means ± S.E. calculated from three individual experiments.
