Effects of DNE3 on the protein levels of proteases and their endogenous inhibitors. Cells were treated with DNE3 for 24 hours and then condition media were subjected to gelatin zymography and casein zymography to analyze the activities of MMP-2 (a) and u-PA (b), respectively. Cell lysate were subjected to Western blot to analyze the expression of MMP-2 (c) and TIMP-2 (d). Results were statistically evaluated by using one-way ANOVA with post hoc Dunnett's test (*; ***).
