Protective effects via modulating the mitochondrial pathway. H9c2 cells were pretreated with 0, 50, and 100 g/mL OGE for 3 hrs and then treated with H2O2 for 3 hrs. After the treatments, the H9c2 cells were lyzed for immunoblotting. The protein levels of caspase-3, cleaved caspase-3, caspase-9, cleaved caspase-9, caspase-8, and cleaved caspase-8 are, respectively, indicated. -actin was used for normalization.
