Effects of Ocimum gratissimum extracts on protein level of Bcl-2, tBid, Apaf-1, and Cytosolic cytochrome c (CytC). H9c2 cells were pretreated with 0, 50, and 100 g/mL OGE for 3 hrs and then treated with H2O2 for 24 hrs. After the treatments, the H9c2 cells were lyzed for immunoblotting. The protein levels of Bcl-2, Apaf-1, and cytochrome c are, respectively, indicated. -actin was used for normalization.
