Histological scoring for steatosis and inflammation from rats fed a standard diet for 12 weeks (control) or a high-fat diet alone (NASH), or supplemented with silibinin-phosphatidylcholine complex (Silibinin), at a dose of 200 mg kg⁻¹ as silibinin, during the last 5 weeks. The P values for the Chi square test are given and differences are significant among all groups for both parameters.
