Effect of PRP on serum corticosterone level in mice treated with poly I:C. Peripheral blood samples were collected with 0.2 mL per mouse on Day 14 after injection of poly I:C. Serum corticosterone level was measured by radioimmunoassay assay. PRP was administered orally from 3 days before poly I:C injection for 17 days.
