FL1 (x-axis) shows Annexin-V positive cells, FL2 (y-axis) shows propidium iodide (PI) positive cells. Cells were treated in duplicate, dual stained with PI and Annexin-V-FITC and analyzed using a FACscan flow cytometer and FlowJo analysis software.
