The gene confusion degree of group 2 and 9 in LGDHS and LDSDS. CoXpress was used to find orderly gene groups in LGDHS or LDSDS. The genes in group 9 of orderly gene groups in LGDHS showed good consistency in LGDHS (a) and poor consistency in LDSDS (b).
