Cell viability of HepG2 and LS174T cells following exposure to sesamin alone and in combination with rifampin. (a) HepG2 and (b) LS174T cells were exposed to sesamin (10–40 μM), rifampin (20 μM), and combinations of rifampin (20 μM) and sesamin (10–40 μM) for 48 h. Cell viability was monitored by cellular acid phosphatase activity using PNPP as a substrate. Results are presented as mean ± SD ( ).
