Isorhamnetin potentiates the NGF-induced neurite outgrowth. Cultured PC12 cells were treated with NGF (0.5 ng/mL), isorhamnetin (10 μM), and NGF (0.5 ng/mL) + isorhamnetin (10 μM) for 72 hours, as in Figure 4.
