Diabetic animals were treated with different doses of fraction Mc-3. Fasting serum glucose (mg/dL) was measured before and 3 h post-administration. PBS-treated normal and diabetic animals were included as controls. Protamine zinc insulin-treated animals were included as positive controls. The data represent mean ± S.D.
