Antiangiogenic Effects and Therapeutic Targets of Azadirachta indica Leaf Extract in Endothelial Cells Table 1 (a) Upregulation and (b) downregulation in the RNA expression levels of 30 genes in HUVECs treated with 20.0 and 40.0 μ g/mL of EENL for 24 hours, validated by real-time PCR. The endogenous GAPDH mRNA levels were measured as internal controls. Mean ± SD of the fold change in the expression levels of genes compared with the respective vehicle controls were shown. Assay IDs of the genes used for validation were from Applied Biosystems. Accession number and major molecular function for each gene are also shown.
