*All analyses were conducted on the data adjusted for age (continuous), body mass index (kg/m2, continuous), menopausal status (menopause transition versus postmenopausal). Estimates of difference in mean change from baseline versus placebo, along with values and 95% CIs, from mixed-model analysis that used data from baseline and all follow-up time points (total, for adjusted analyses). Bonferroni method was adopted for the value adjustment in the multiple comparisons.
