Fruit juices total polyphenols concentration and free radical scavenging capacities. Total polyphenol concentration of various juices was determined using quercetin as a standard (a). Free radical scavenging capacity was analyzed by the DPPH assay and is given as % of absorbance reduction by 1 μL/mL of juice after 5 minutes of incubation. Results are given as mean ± S.D of three different experiments.
