Evaluation of AD-like symptoms induced by treatment of DNCB. (a) Dermatitis score was assessed once a week for 9 weeks following induction of AD. Severity of dermatitis was evaluated as sum of the score for five clinical symptoms. (b) Serum was prepared a day after the last treatment with DNCB for measurement of serum total IgE level.
