Effect of tocopherol on total protein content. Total protein content was measured according to Bradford’s assay. There was significant increase in the total protein content in the wound tissues harvested when given treatment with tocopherol cream (). Treatment with 0.29% tocopherol cream showed the highest total protein content amongst other groups.
