Effect of salvianolic acid A (SAA) on expression of Bcl-2 and Bax in H9c2 cells treated with H₂O₂. H9c2 cells were pretreated with or without SAA for 24 h prior to incubation of cells with H₂O₂ for 1 h. Thereafter, proteins were extracted and the protein levels of Bcl-2 and Bax were determined by Western blot analysis.
