Exposure to EDCL downregulates the expression of Bcl-2 and IAP family members in HepG2 cells. Cells were exposed to several concentrations of EDCL for 48 h. Protein levels were monitored by Western blot analysis. Western blot signals were quantified and normalized to β-actin.
