Cytotoxicity of melatonin and H2O2 was evaluated in HaCaT cells by MTT assay. Cells were plated onto 96-well microplates (1 × 104 cells/well) and treated with various concentrations of melatonin (0, 0.25, 0.5, 1, 2, or 4 mM) and H2O2 (0, 150, 300, or 600 μM) for 24 h. Data were expressed as means ± SD of three independent experiments.
