Protective effect of PICE against H₂O₂-induced oxidative damage in rat cardiomyoblast H9c2 cells. Cells were pretreated with or without test compound for 24 h prior to incubation with H₂O₂ for 1 h. Data are represented as mean ± SD of triplicate tests.
