PCE inhibited FAK expression in Bel-7402 cells. (a) Adherent growth Bel-7402 cells (Adh) and PCE-treated suspension-cultured Bel-7402 cells were collected and subjected to western blots using antibody against FAK and Phospho-FAK (pFAK). (b) Bel-7402 cells were transfected with recombinant human FAK and empty vector and subjected to suspension-culture, PCE (200 μg/mL) treatment and anoikis assay. At the same time, FAK expression was determined by western blot (c).
