Inhibitory effects of glycyrrhizin derivatives (compounds 13) on nuclear translocation of NF-κB in engineered HEK293 cells. HEK-Blue hTLR4 cells were pretreated for 30 min with the indicated concentrations of the glycyrrhizin derivatives and then treated with 1 ng/mL LPS for 24 h. NF-κB-induced SEAP activity was assessed by using QUANTI-Blue and by reading the absorbance at 650 nm via an ELISA plate reader. Data are shown as the mean ± SE ( ).
