Effect of jaceosidin on the expression of the apoptosis regulators. U87 cells were treated with 100 μM/L jaceosidin for 24 h and 48 h, respectively. The levels of Bax, Cytochrome c, p53, and caspase 3 were determined by Western blot analysis.
