Effect of AKH extract on LPS-stimulated NO and PGE2 production in RAW 264.7 cells. The production of NO (a) and PGE2 (b) was measured in culture medium of cells treated with AKH extract (2–50 μg/mL) and then costimulated with LPS (1 μg/mL) for 18 h. L-NMMA (10 and 100 μM) and indomethacin (10 and 100 μg/mL) were used as positive control drugs.
