Mice splenocytes harvested after day 5 or day 15 of treatment were allowed to proliferate with or without the treatment of R. korthalsii (25 g/mL) or mouse rIL-2 (50 U/mL). The rate of cell viability was evaluated using MTT cell viability assay*.
